• Once the yantra is energized or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.

Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier services, location, or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Payment Issues

In case of duplicate payment or technical error, the excess amount (if applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.
